one wonders how much the confrontationist attitude takes away the positive energies from a person and how we destroy the personalities of our dependents and so many others on whom we can lay our hands on.The warden of the hostel is a character found everywhere trying to do correction of others in most cruel critique and some time with violence.These people some times repeat identical behaviour of their ''senior warden'' without knowing the reason for their own actions.it is like most army officers have the strong image of their first commanding officer in their personalities.Thank you sir for bring up this side of human behaviour
